This is me trying to change my life for the better. Getting healthy is the name of the game!
I am not doing this for any reason other than to be happy. I am 24 years old and I am finally ready to take responsibly for my former actions and change my life for the better. I guess I am finally ready to grow up and I have decided to document this for myself and maybe inspire other people to follow suit.
I am a server in a restaurant and for years I have taken the easy road of eating at work and it has led me to not being too happy with myself. The hours of my job make it hard to not eat late, or munch while on the job but it is time to just say “no!” I have usually been very skinny due to very poor eating habits and fluctuating weight gains and quick losses. So here goes nothing! Its time to get healthy and fit!
